a. Postage is free on orders of £20 or more, most of our items are easily breakable, so they have to be packed well. and mugs weigh a lot so it costs about £3 per mug to post them

a. As standard we use royal mail 2nd class as this is the cheapest option for the customer. you can upgrade the to Special Delivery for £4.95
